Yes, for the Magazines + Articles plan, you will have 7 days free trial when you take a subscription. At the end of this period, the corresponding charge will be made according to the Plan purchased. In case of taking a subscription without automatic renewal, the 7 days will be added.
This trial will be given only once per user. So, if you have had a free trial at any time or moment, the subscription will be charged immediately.
Regarding the Articles section, users who do not have an active subscription, will have free access to only 3 articles per month, for 3 consecutive calendar months. This trial will be given only once per user. (Per year.)
The first thing you must do is go to the Plans section and select the Plan of your preference (Magazines+Articles or Articles). Then, choose the payment method (with or without automatic renewal) and the timing of service (1 or 12 months), click again on, either, the "Start your free trial" or "Buy" button. Finish, by entering the required information in the secure payment gateway.
If you chose payment with automatic renewal and charge to Credit or Debit Card with CVV as your payment method, it will be charged at the end of the trial period or immediately in case you have already had a trial before. From that date on, the system will automatically and periodically charge the same value to the registered card for unlimited time, unless you decide to withdraw and inform so through an e-mail sent to cancelaciones@pasalapagina.com.
If you are in Colombia and you chose payment without automatic renewal through debit to a savings or checking account or cash payment (Efecty) as payment method, you must pay the value of 1 or 12 months of subscription in advance.
For the latter, if you took a plan of Magazines + Articles and you are entitled to the trial period, the charge will be immediate and the free time will be added to the time of service taken.
Sólo las Revistas se pueden leer de manera Offline, para esto debes tener en tu dispositivo móvil (tableta, iPad o Smartphone) la aplicación PasaLaPágina que está disponible en las tiendas de iOS y Android y descargar, previamente conectado a internet, todas las revistas que desees leer cuando estés off-line.

Yes, you must contact us by phone or by whatsapp to inform which is the new plan you want and guide you through the purchase process or, in some cases, make the change of value and frequency internally.

You must always send the message at least 3 business days prior to the date on which your credit card will be charged. If the e-mail is sent on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or holiday in Colombia), the three days of anticipation will be counted starting from the following business day.
You can also cancel your subscription by logging in from "MY ACCOUNT" and filling out the form.
Please note that the Withdrawal Law applies to the first charge made, but not to the periodic and automatic charges of your Plan. Find more information in the Terms and Conditions of the portal.
Yes, to change the credit card you have registered in our system following these instructions:
1. Login via web to www.pasalapagina.com with your registered user.
2. Go to the My Account section (“Mi cuenta”)
3. Click on the View payment method button (“Ver métodos de pago”)
4. In the "Register your card" section (“Registra tu tarjeta”), enter the new card information and click on the Create button.
5. The new card will be activated immediately. If you wish, you can delete the old one right there.
